Payment Processing
We accept major credit cards via our Payment Processor, Stripe. All transactions are conducted over secure and encrypted channels.

Order Acceptance and Processing
- Order Acknowledgment: Once you place an Order, you will receive an email confirmation. Please note that your Order is subject to verification and final acceptance by Magical Plastic Surgery LLC.
- Modifications or Cancellations: We reserve the right to modify or cancel Orders in case of errors in pricing, product availability, or suspected fraudulent activity. If an alteration is necessary, we will notify you promptly and any charges, if already processed, will be reversed accordingly.
Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
- Shipping: Orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Shipping fees, estimated delivery times, and carrier details will be provided upon Order confirmation.
- Risk of Loss and Title: Ownership and risk of loss pass to you once the goods have been dispatched from our fulfillment facility.
- International Shipping: For international orders, additional customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply. It is your responsibility to comply with your country’s import regulations.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and Refunds Policy
- Standard Returns: Most items may be returned within 30 days of receipt provided they are in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, wearables, medical/cosmetic products, digital downloads, items marked “Final Sale”) are excluded from our returns policy. These items will be clearly marked as non-refundable at the point of sale.
Returns Process

- If you are unable to locate your original order receipt or order number, you can login to our order processing system by clicking here.
- Once your return is authorized, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the item(s). You are responsible for any shipping costs unless otherwise noted in our instructions.
Returns
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), any approved refund will be processed using your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Items returned in a damaged, used, or non-resalable condition may be subject to a restocking fee or may be denied a refund at our discretion.
Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution

Binding Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy between you and Magical Plastic Surgery LLC that cannot be resolved informally shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
The arbitration will be conducted in Orange County, Florida, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver
By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Magical Plastic Surgery LLC as it pertains to any products or services sold through this Website and the data collected by the same.
